Gabriel brings over 24 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and high-value business development within the Philippine market. He has been directly involved in structuring and facilitating transactions exceeding PHP 10 billion across sectors including real estate, industrial, trading, and financial services.

With 46 years of immersion in the Philippine business environment and full fluency in Tagalog, Gaby operates with a level of local market intelligence that is rarely matched. His extensive network spans corporate executives, financial institutions, government-linked entities, and industry associations — providing Genesis clients with access to decision-makers at the highest levels.

In the context of trade events and exhibitions, Gaby leads anchor client acquisition, high-value exhibitor sourcing, and strategic partnership structuring. His ability to position events as commercial investment opportunities — rather than marketing exercises — directly supports the revenue and partnership objectives of Genesis's international clients.

Aireen is a senior finance and operations executive with over 20 years of experience across corporate governance, treasury management, financial planning, and regulatory compliance. Her career includes leadership roles at Universal Robina Corporation, one of the Philippines' largest conglomerates, as well as Vice President of Operations in a private enterprise where she oversaw corporate strategy, financial controls, and organisational efficiency.

Her technical expertise covers BIR compliance, audit advisory, internal control systems, and accounting infrastructure — ensuring that all Genesis client engagements are executed within full regulatory framework. For international clients, Aireen provides the financial governance backbone that supports both event operations and post-event business establishment, including entity incorporation, tax registration, and ongoing compliance management.
